Lithuania will send a monitoring mission to the Azerbaijani
parliamentary elections.
The mission will consist of the chairman of the Lithuanian Seym and
six officials from the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
Lithuanian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Kyastutis Kudzmanas said at a
press-conference of Trend.
The monitoring mission will visit polling stations of Baku and its
outskirts, monitor the voting process and make a report.
The head of Lithuanian monitoring mission plans to take part at the
monitoring process as well.
Azerbaijan will hold parliamentary elections on November 7. The
elections are held using majority system with 125 electoral districts.
