OSCE monitors contact line of forces on Azerbaijani-Armenian border

OSCE monitoring of the contact line of Armenian-Azerbaijani forces
near the Bergaber village of the Tavush Region of Armenia saw no
incidents, News Armenia reports.


Monitoring from Armenian side was carried out by the personal
representative of the OSCE chairman Imre Palatinus, field assistants
William Pryor and Jaslan Nurtazin.


Armenian senior officer of the operative management of the Main Staff
of the armed forces Lieutenant Colonel Samvel Asatryan said that the
two monitoring sides had discussions about their work.


The monitoring started at 11.45 (local time) and lasted 10 minutes.
Virtual contact was held at 1,400 meters. Before the monitoring the
OSCE officials had a meeting with the Vice-Governor of Tavush Region
Vage Vardapetyan and Armenian military authorities.
