Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov believes
that the OSCE summit in Astana may become a breaking point in the
peaceful process of Nagorno-Karabakh settlement of Armenia and
Azerbaijan, Cihan reports from Istanbul.
Mammadyarov said that he plans to meet his Armenian counterpart Edward
Nalbandian.
After a trilateral meeting of the Azerbaijani, Armenian and Russian
presidents in Astrakhan the ministers of foreign affairs were ordered
to continue the negotiation process. In the near future the ministers
will discuss ways of preparing for the summit in Astana, Mammadyarov
noted.
