The OSCE High Commissioner for National Minorities, Knut Wollebekk, has arrived in South Ossetia and has been welcome by the republic's foreign minister, Dzhioyev, IA Res reports.
During the meeting Wollebekk was informed how ethnic issues are being solved in the Republic of South Ossetia, also about the situation after Georgia's attack in 2008 and the restoration of the infrastructure destroyed in the war.
