Azerbaijan has returned the body of Manvel Sarybekyan, who committed
suicide, to Armenia. Armenia released Azerbaijani citizen Eldar
Tagiyev, Trend reports, citing the State Commission for Prisoners of
War, Hostages and Missing Citizens of Azerbaijan.
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) assisted in
returning the body of Eldar Tsgiyev on November 4 at the line of
contact of Azerbaijani-Armenian forces on Idzhevan-Gazakh road.
The exchange was carried out according to an agreement signed after
negotiations between the Azerbaijani, Russian and Armenian presidents
in Russia's Astrakhan on October 27.
