A delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) led by Paul Wille (Belgium) is arriving today in Azerbaijan to monitor the upcoming parliamentary elections, RIA Novosti reports.
The 30-strong delegation will work from the 5th to the 8th of November. The delegates will meet representatives of the governing authorities, political parties, civil society and the media of Azerbaijan.
They will monitor the election process together with observers of the OSCE. On the 8th of November they will give their common assessment of the elections.
