The prime-minister of Armenia, Tigran Sarkisyan, has proposed talking
openly about topical problems to solve them, NewsArmenia reports.
"We have to discuss both positive and negative events. If we are silent about our porblems, nobody will talk about them," he said.
The head of the government criticized activities of several state services and institutions and demanded major personnel changes in several ministries, including the ministries of agriculture, finance, healthcare, education and science.
"We have to be honest with our people, as this is the guarantee of a resolution to our problems."
