The news agency Vestnik Kavkaza congratulates the General Director of the news agency Trend, Ilgar Huseynov, on his birthday. Trend is one of the most significant media structures in the information zone of Azerbaijan and the Commonwealth of Independent States. In a short period of time Ilgar Huseynov has managed to create a highly-qualified and capable information agency collective, oriented towards developing new technologies in the information sphere, reads a message from the General Director of Vestnik Kavkaza, Ismail Agakishiev, and the Editor-in-Chief, Alexei Vlasov.
“It is thanks to his efforts that positive information about the republic of Azerbaijan is spread not only in post-Soviet space, but, importantly, in Western countries, where there is clearly a dearth of objective information about the situation in the South Caucasus region,” the message reads.
