Armenian Minister for Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandyan said that the future of Armenian-Turkish relations will not depend on the settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh.
According to the information of Azerbaijani agency APA, Nalbandyan said he doesn’t think” there’re any reasons to discuss Karabakh problem with Turkey “. He also added that Turkey will be an intermediary in Nagorno-Karabakh settlement negotiations, but Armenia will refuse all compromises.
