The Chairman of the Georgian Parliament, David Bakradze, has urged the
opposition forces and NGOs to meet tomorrow in the parliament to
discuss the format of negotiations on improvements to the electoral
environment, Trend reports.
‘These negotiations should be transparent and open, they must be
understandable to the people and we welcome the participation in the
process of international organizations,” Bakradze said.
"We are not limited by a deadline and the most important thing is to
make the new legislation ready for the parliamentary elections of
2012,” he said.
