The Ambassador of Russian Federation in the North Caucasus Federal District (NCFD) Alexander Khloponin proposes a programme of labor resource migration from the region’s subjects to industrially-developed regions of Russia, RIA Novosti reports.
“There are many industrial establishments in Russia, and today we can form, for example, from Ingushetia, labor groups and send them to work on major oil-producing, coal and construction plants”, - Khloponin said today on a meeting for employment problems in the region.
He noted, that a detailed and spelled out corresponding programme is needed. “We need resources from the federal budget to retrain workers, sign agreements with enterprises”, - added the ambassador.
In his turn the Deputy Minister of Health and Social Development of Russian Federation Maxim Topilin clarified the work hasn’t brought any results yet.
“Several times we concerned the propositions of Chechen Republic authorities, but as a result all we managed to do is send 10 people to work, in other words, we fail do it in an organized way”, - Topilin noted.
