The Central Electoral Committee (CEC) of Azerbaijan has started
studying the final protocols and complaints from district electoral
commissions, the head of the CEC's press service, Azer Sariyev, said,
Vestnik Kavkaza reports from Baku.
The CEC will view all the protocols within 20 days (November 27) after
the elections and prepare documents for presentation to the
Constitutional Court within 48 hours. The court will be checking the
documents together with experts for 10 days.
If the documents meet the electoral law, the Constitutional Court will
issue a verdict that the elections were successful.
