Iran gives two dates for possible talks

Iran has proposed two dates for fresh talks on its nuclear programme - the 23rd of November and the 5th of December, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, said at the opening of a mosque in Kosovo, Trend reports, citing the Wall Street Journal.
The talks between Iran and "the six" (USA, China, Russia, France, UK and Germany) will not be held on the 15th of November as previously planned. The new date of the talks has not yet been agreed.
Turkey agrees to host the negotiations if it is asked.
