At the opening ceremony of the conference of Iran's Consulates and Embassies in neighboring countries on Saturday, Iran's Foreign Minister, Manouchehr Mottaki, stressed the necessity of prudence in planning and formulating relations with other states, Press TV reports.
Referring to Iran's influence in the region and among neighboring countries, Mottaki named the country's political and geographical situation, material capacities and above all the nation's spiritual capital as Tehran's assets for interacting with regional states.
