Turkey and South Korea fail to sign nuclear agreement

South Korea said it will continue discussions with Turkey after failing to reach an agreement to build a nuclear power plant on the country’s Black Sea coast, Turkish news agency Hurriyet reports.

“We could not reach an agreement this time because of differences in issues including electricity sales price,” South Korea’s Ministry of Knowledge Economy said on Saturday in an e-mailed statement.
