Bomb attack in Dagestan

Unknown assailants tried to blow up the vehicle of a Russian OMON officer in Makhachkala, the capital of Dagestan, on Monday, YuGA.ru reports. The device only partially went off.

According to Interfax, an improvised explosive device with capacity of up to 4 kg of TNT equivalent was equipped with a remote detonator and attached to the underside of the vehicle with magnets.
