President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan is starting a two-day working visit to Moscow, where he is to meet Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, RIA Novosti reports quoting the press service of the Armenian state.
The meeting with Medvedev is scheduled for tomorrow, November 17. On the same day the President of Armenia will participate in the IV congress of the Union of Armenians in Russia, dedicated to the tenth anniversary of the organization.
