The Rostov Region plans to form an efficient gubernorial hotline
service, Yuga.ru reports.
The Governor of Don, Vasily Golubev, initiated social reception
offices for the heads of the region. One of the main goals of the
offices is the presence of reliable information.
The system will be launched on December 15, 161.ru reports.
According to Golubev, there will be a new structure of state operative
monitoring by January 1.
