On November 17 over 100 000 people in Vladikavkaz were left without
water due to an accident on the water pipeline, head of the Housing
and Public Utilities Service Igor Shatalov said.
The southern and central parts of the right bank of the River Terek were
left without water, Interfax reports.
According to RIA Novosti the accident happened near the Yuzhny village.
