The infrustructure necessary for the transportation of Azerbaijani gas to Europe should be built by 2016-17, the head of the EU mission in Azerbaijan, Roland Kobbia, said, reports Trend.
The EU considers the Nabucco and ITGI projects a priority - gas from these projects would supply a large number of European countries.
The main gas supplier for the southern energy corridor will be Azerbaijan, which will not only export, but also transit gas.
