Delimitation of Caspian Sea to be based on international law - Turkmenistan

Turkmenistan thinks that oil and gas pipelines can only be built in the Caspian Sea with the agreement of the countries through whose sectors the pipelines will cross, RIA Novosti reports.
Turkmen president Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov also said that delimitation of the Caspian Sea must be based on international law.
