Chechnya proposes creation of North Caucasian Parliamentary Association

As a new North Caucasian Federal District (NCFD) has been created, with Chechnya as a part of it, a new North Caucasian Parliamentary Association should also be created, according to the chairman of the parliament of Chechnya, Dukvakh Abdurakhmanov, Yuga.ru reports.
The united work of the legislative services would increase the chances of federal bills initiated by this district being passed and would demonstrate the unity of the members of the NCFD.
Such an institution exists in the Southern Federal District.
