Medvedev dismisses military officials in North Caucasus

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on the dismissal of a number of military personnel, including the chief of armoured services Vladimir Gulin, chief of service of missile and artillery of the North Caucasus Military District Nikolay Ostrin, Deputy Commander of the 58th Army Yuri Rukavichnikov and several other military chiefs, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the Kremlin website.
