Ukraine will chair the OSCE in 2013. The decision was made by the
ministers of foreign affairs of OSCE member-states.
The current chairman of the OSCE, Kazakhstan, will hand over
responsibility to Lithuania in 2011, and Ireland will head the OSCE in
2012.
