The capital of Kazakhstan, Astana, will host the conference of the heads of OSCE states and governments on December 1-2. The OSCE Summit, which includes 56 member-states, will host representatives from 61 countries.
However, according to the Turkish “Sabah” media agency, the President of Armenia might not attend the summint. Previously, a meeting of the Armenian and Turkish presidents was expected to take place in the framework of the summit, Panorama.am reports.
“Even if the presidents have a meeting in Astana, it’s not supposed they would sign a deal on discussing the frozen treaty issue,” 'Sabah' adds.
