The head of Kalmykia, Alexey Orlov, who replaced Kirsan Ulyumzhinov,
has formed a new Cabinet, RIA Novosti reports, citing Orlov's
press-service.
The Kalmyk Minister of Economy and Trade Sandzhi Khonyyev has become
the first prime-minister, he is a former head of the Ministry of
Agriculture and the Ministry of Regional Development. Igor Pavlov has
become the First Deputy Minister of Economy and Trade, he was the head
of the 'Guarantee Fund'. Vladimir Shovunov has become the Minister of
Healthcare and Social Development.
Vladimir Miroshnichenko has become the head of the Ministry of Natural
Resources, Ecology and Energy Development, he was the deputy head of
the administration of the republic's leader. Tatyana Bakinova has
become the Minister of Land and Property. Peter Lantsanov has become
the Minister of Agriculture. Gennady Badinov has become the Minister
of Construction, Transport and Road Economy, he was the head of the
agency for capital construction of the republic's government.
Constantine Patrushev, who was the former chief engineer of Interline
company, has become the head of the administration for development of
the electronic government. Peter Bakinov has become the head of the
finance and budget control service, he used to supervise the Social
Insurance Fund.
Valery Hadzhinov remains as the Minister of Territorial Development,
Alexey Pakhalenko - as the Minister of Sports, Tourism and Youth
Policy, Erdni Badmayev - as the head of the regional service for price
activity, Alexander Ugmayev - as the head of the employment agency.
Mergen Platonov was reappointed as the head of the service for world
justice issues which was closed and then reopened as a new executive
structure.
The new government will have its first session on November 26.
