Azerbaijan and Montenegro will sign their first bilateral cooperation
agreement, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro Milan Rocen
announced, Trend.az reports.
The minister is on a visit to Azerbaijan. He is expected to sign a
protocol on cooperation between the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of
Azerbaijan and Montenegro and an agreement on a visa-free regime for
citizens with diplomatic, business and special passports.
Rocen noted that he will have negotiations with Azerbaijani President
Ilham Aliyev and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov.
Milan Rocen arrived in Azerbaijan on November 25. He visited the
Avenue of the Honoured where the National Leader Heydar Aliyev is
buried and the Avenue of Sheikhs.
