Armenia speaks out against the establishment of a subcommission of
PACE for Nagorno-Karabakh, but such an opportunity exists, the head of
the Armenian delegation to PACE David Arutyun said, News Armenia
reports.
According to Turkish media, PACE leader Mevlut Cavusoglu announced
that the establishment of such a subcommission will be discussed at a
PACE session in January 2011. The subcommission has not been working
for one and a half years, since the death of its chairman Lord
Russell-Johnston.
Arutyun said that they know what measures to take if such a
subcommission were to be reestablished, however, he did not clarify
the measures.
