OSCE secretary general: Constructive approach is necessary for Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement

A constructive approach and spirit from both sides are necessary for a settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, in order to achieve peace in the region, and this is the target of the Minsk Group and the OSCE Chairman, Secretary General of the OSCE Marc Perrin de Brichambaut told a press conference in Astana on Sunday, Trend reports.

"It is time to turn the page, so that the two neighbouring countries can live in an atmosphere of friendship and cooperation. It is necessary to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict," De Brichambaut said.
