The militants who took part in a terrorist attack in Kizlyar on
November 27 and also murdered a serviceman have been killed in
Dagestan, RIA Dagestan reports, citing a spokesman of the information
center of the Russian Counter-Terrorist Committee.
One of the militants was identified as Abdulmumin Abdulmuminov who
was put on the federal wanted list in 2009 for organizing terrorist
acts. He is a former imam of the Khutsiyevka village in Kizlyar.
The area around the villages of Tsetkovka, Malaya Areshevka and
Serebryakovo is surrounded. A counter-terrorist regime was introduced
on November 28 at 12.00.
