Authorities in the North Caucasus Federal District to privatize ports, airports and factories

Authority of the regions included in the North Caucasus Federal District intend to privatize noncore assets as ports, airports and factories, said the president's envoy in the district, Vice Premier Alexander Khloponin, RIA Novosti reports.

"These airports afactories are on the verge of bankruptcy, and there are many of them", said Khloponin, responding to a question if the authorities of the district  intend to get rid of any assents, implementing the provisions of the presidential address to the Federal Assembly on the privatization of noncore assets
