Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin gave an interview to CNN commenting on the START treaty, democracy in the USA and Russia and publications by Wikileaks, RIA Novosti reports.
Putin was asked what would happen if Congress doesn't ratify the new arms treaty. He said that President Dmitry Medvedev, addressing the Federation Council, spoke about Russian proposals on cooperation in the sphere of security and the division of responsibility.
He also said he doesn't consider the Wikileaks information a tragedy. However, he stated that comments on his relations with President Medvedev are rude and unethical: diplomats compared their tandem with Batman and his young friend Robin.
