Azerbaijani, Armenian leader to meet in Astana

The presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia will meet on Wednesday afternoon in the Kazakh capital of Astana, where they are both attending a OSCE summit, APA reports.

Armenia has not commented on the upcoming meeting. After the talks, the co-chairs of the Minsk Group will make a statement. It is not expected to announce a breakthrough in the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

The initiator of the meeting is Azerbaijan. The co-chairs have yet agreed the text of the document on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The text will be announced during the summit, according to Armenian sources.
