Azerbaijan's Aliyev meets European leaders

Today President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Alijev met prime minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutten, Trend reports citing state information agency AzerTAdzh.


They discussed prospects of cooperation between the countries in various spheres. The parties stressed that establishment of the embassies is necessary.

He also met the president of Turkey, Abdullah Gul. The parties expressed satisfaction with successful development of their relations in different spheres. They also shared their views on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Aliyev also had a meeting with the prime minister of Greece, George Papandreu, and the foreign minister of Austria, Kevin Rudd.
