The North Caucasian Federal District (NCFD) is actively working on
establishing territorial structures of federal executive agencies,
Russian authorized presidential envoy Alexander Khloponin said,

The envoy said that a territorial structure of the Ministry of
Regional Development is in operation. This is the main coordination
structure of the NCFD, headed by the deputy minister. Chief
Directorate of the Interior Ministry was established, which held a
board meeting of the Emergencies Ministry yesterday, where a
territorial structure was formed. Structures of the Federal Customs
Service, Russian Financial Monitoring, Russian Transport Monitoring
and Russian Alcohol Regulator were formed, Khloponin said.
He informed Prime Minister Vladimir Putin that the process is going
according to schedule, Interfax reports.
Putin also announced that they had decided to establish a government
commission for the social-economic development of the NCFD.
