Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has urged heads of delegations
at the OSCE summit in Astana to pass a resulting declaration, KazTag
reports.
The president emphasized that the main goal is to reconfirm the basic
norms, principles and obligations of the OSCE and make a plan for the
future, basing on the analysis of modern challenges and threats.
The second summit day is held under the chairmanship of the Lithuanian
President Dalia Grybauskaite. Lithuania will become the OSCE chairman
next year.
