Driver of speaker of Ingush Parliament in Moscow road incident

The president of Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Evkurov, is displeased with the
driver of a BMW car, involved in a conflict on the Moscow Ring Road in
late November. The car is attached to the speaker of the local
parliament, and the driver used a special flashing light illegally,
RIA Novosti reports.

Earlier, the Moscow police did not confirm information that the BMW
used the flashing lights.

According Evkurov, neither the people who were in the car, nor those
who came to their rescue and participated in the incident have any
relation to the executive and legislative branches of the republic.

The incident, which occurred on November 28 was highly discussed. The
BMW collided with a Toyota Celica. Without waiting for the arrival of
traffic police, the BMW left the site of the accident, and the Subaru
Legacy car arrived to help the driver. The Subaru Legacy driver began
to threaten the driver of Toyota with a gun. He was detained by the
police and released shortly after.
