The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, obtained the support of Russian
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin on the issue of granting the republic a
loan of 15 billion rubles for investment projects from the federal
budget, RIA Novosti reports, citing the Chechen presidential
press-service.
According to Kadyrov, at his last meeting with Putin in Moscow, the
parties discussed, among other topics, the development of the
republic's transport system, in particular the construction of a
byroad in Gudermes, the expansion of the federal highway in the
stretch between Gudermes and Argun.
