Some 30 Cossacks of the Stavropol Territory, Kabardino-Balkaria, North
Ossetia, Chechnya and Dagestan will visit Yessentuki on December 6,
Yuga.ru reports.
The press-service of the Stavropol Territory district Cossack society
says that Alexander Khloponin, the presidential envoy to the North
Caucasus Federal District (NCFD), will meet young Cossacks to discuss
their problems, including unemployment, development of Cossack
training and establishment of a regional cadet corps in the NCFD.
The Cossacks will inform Khloponin about their readiness to form
municipal Cossack groups for social security. The issue becomes
especially topical on the background of the redundancies in the
Russian Ministry of Interior Affairs and the events in Zelenokumsk.
They will also discuss military-patriotic upbringing and conscription,
military education, the press-service added.
