The head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, said in an interview
with Interfax that he does not exclude that there are no militants left on the territory of Chechnya, "Gazeta" reports.

In October, the Chechen Interior Ministry released an official document stating that from January to September 2010 no terrorist attack was committed
in Chechnya.
