Head of Chechnya does not exclude that there are no militants left in Chechnya

The head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, said in an interview
with Interfax that he does not exclude that there are no militants left on the territory of Chechnya, "Gazeta" reports.

In October, the Chechen Interior Ministry released an official document stating that from January to September 2010 no terrorist attack was committed
in Chechnya.

At the same time, the Chechen Interior Ministry informed about 243
cases in which illegal armed groups were involved, and 10 cases of aiding terrorist activities.

On the 19th of November in Kislovodsk, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev
said that the environment in the North Caucasus Federal District has
almost not improved at all.
