Negotiations between Iran and 5+1 countries to resume next year in Istanbul

The negotiations between Iran and representatives of the six
international mediators (Russia, China, USA, France, Britain and
Germany) will continue in late January in Istanbul, Western media
reports, referring to the statements of the delegation.

Today another round of talks on the Iranian nuclear issue ended in Geneva.

The Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has urged the world powers
to cancel the international sanctions imposed against the Islamic
Republic. He believes that in this case the talks between Iran and the
group "5+1" will become more effective.
