Ramzan Kadyrov is displeased with work of officials with citizens

A specially-created governmental commission inspected the work with
citizens in the administrations of municipalities on behalf of the
head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, the press service of the
Head of the Chechen Republic has announced. During the inspection 730
bodies were examined: regional departments of ministries, city halls,
administrations of the regions and settlements.

According to Ramzan Kadyrov, the facts identified indicate that there
is no proper work being carried out with citizens.
