Brussels has opened the Russian-EU summit. Russian President Dmitry
Medvedev will meet the President of EU Commission Jose Manuel Barroso
and the head of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy, RIA Novosti
reports.
The sides will discuss the visa-free regime between Russia and EU
countries, Russian membership in the World Trade Organization, energy
security and the ways to cope with the world economic recession.
