The consulting company 2B Group plan to realize an investment project
called 'Valley of the Mineral Waters' on the outskirts of
Zheleznovodsk resort city in Stavropol Territory. The project is in
fact construction of a new town, within the system of resort town of
the Caucasian Mineral Waters, RIA Novosti reports, citing the
press-service of the Ministry of Economic Development.
The plan for the project is based on the best European and cultural
centers with high-class service and advanced infrastructure, Director
General of 2B Group Sergey Mironov said.
He clarified that the Valley of the Mineral Waters will have a resort,
sports, health-improvement, trade, entertainment, housing and
logistical spheres. The project will cover 1 000 hectares.
The press-service said that the Ministry of Economic Development of
the region signed an agreement on realization of the project with the
administration of Zheleznovodsk, within the framework of the 9th
International Forum 'Sochi-2010'.
The Mayor of Zhelevnovodsk Alexander Rudakov said that the project
will boost the tourist, resort and business spheres.
The company also signed an agreement with Uralsib Corporation at an
investment forum. The deal involves cooperation in financing and
insurance projects. Negotiations with possible builders of the
facilities have already started.
