The OSCE will monitor the contact line between Azerbaijani and
Armenian forces near the village of Kemerli in Azerbaijan's Gazakh
District on December 14, Trend reports.
Monitoring from Azerbaijani side will be carried out by Imre Palatu,
the coordinator of the office of the personal representative of the
OSCE, and field assistant Jaslan Nurtazin.
On the other side of the line the monitoring will be conducted by
Antal Herdic and William Pryor, field assistants of the personal
representatives of the OSCE chairman, Christo Christov.
