OSCE holds monitoring of troops on Karabakh contact line

The OSCE has carried out monitoring on the 14th of December at the
contact line between Armenian and Azerbaijani troops near the village
of Kemerli Gazakh, under the mandate of the Personal Representative of
the OSCE chairman. On the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the
monitoring group observed Armenians, whose appearance can be estimated
as a violation of agreements, according to a report issued on Tuesday
by the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.
