Most of Dagestan's municipal formations have a high social payment
level. The head of the control and financial department of the
Dagestani president Rayudin Yusufov told RIA Dagestan about the
measures to reduce the level.
He said that the high level is due to the natural, geographic and
other peculiarities of the republic. It is impossible to change things
in the short-term.
