Georgia and the Dominican Republic signed a protocol on opening diplomatic relations on December 15, 2010, Georgia Online reports.
The sides informed the secretary general of UN about the issue, according to the international practice.
The document was signed by the Dominican representative to UN Vince Henderson and the Georgian representative to UN Alexander Lomaya.
