20 criminal cases opened after Moscow riots

Law enforcement authorities in Moscow have filed 20 criminal cases
over the riots in downtown Moscow which took place on the 11th of
December, as well as arrested one of the organizers, said today the
head of the Russian Interior Ministry Rashid Nurgaliyev, RIA Novosti
reports.

 Nurgaliyev said the "many among the detainees are minors".
