Governor of Stavropol indignant at behaviour of policemen from neighbouring regions

The Governor of Stavropol Territory, Valery Gajewski, is indignant at
the outrageous illegal behavior of law-enforcement officials coming to
Stavropol from neighbouring republics "to have fun," RIA Novosti
reports.

A special police unit to monitor such visitors has been created,  the
head of the region on Thursday told a meeting on additional measures
to ensure law and order.

President Dmitry Medvedev instructed the Interior Minister, Rashid
Nurgaliyev, to "chase them to hell regardless of their medals and
bars."
